Application:
Our One Pack Stabiliser Lubricant in flake form are recommended
for manufacturing Rigid PVC Pipes in Twin Screw extruders. Depending
on filler level, the dosage of one pack can be adjusted. |
| Mixing : High Speed Mixer with a minimum
discharge temperature of 110ºC. |
| Dosage: 2.6 to 3.2 phr depending on
filler loading. |
Packing: 25 kgs. HDPE woven sacks with
two liners are our standard packaging.
